On November 14, 2022, "World Orphan Day", Leone Rock Metal Group, together with the 23rd medical team from China (Hunan) to Sierra Leone, carried out free medical treatment for children of all ages at the Rainy Season Orphanage in Freetown, and donated medicines for the prevention and treatment of common childhood diseases to the hospital.
On 16 November, the "Outstanding Orphans of the Year 2022 Award Ceremony and Donation" was held at Freetown Town Hall Auditorium. Mr. Li Xiaoyong, Charge d 'Affaires of the Chinese Embassy in Sierra Leone, Vice Minister of Social Welfare of Sierra Leone, Mr. Zhao Ting, CEO of Leone Rock Metal Group, and all members of the 23rd medical team to Sierra Leone attended the event as honorary guests.
Mr. Zhao Ting, CEO of Leone Rock Metals Group, was awarded the "Humanitarian Spirit Special Contribution Award", and said that Leone Rock Metals Group will continue to adhere to the implementation of corporate social responsibility, to contribute to the vulnerable groups and social welfare.
